The smoke settles from the 2017 American Advertising Awards show. The Backyard Studios team emerges onto the stage, game faces on, ready to rock.
Alright, alright, we’ll just settle for the roaring applause. Bret Michaels, we mean, Cameron Brooks, and his glammed out groupies rocked the house and took six awards this year at the American Advertising Awards! EmergiCare and the San Antonio Public Library Foundation websites each took Bronzes, while the San Antonio Book Festival microsite took a Silver. Our We Are Heroes 2016 Show Campaign won a Bronze for Integrated Campaign. The We Are Heroes 2016 Instagram Campaign was awarded a Gold, and the We Are Heroes 2016 Facebook Cover Campaign was awarded a Silver.

Meanwhile, we’ll catch you up to date with what’s been grooving in the office since the start of 2017. Since our rockin’ weekend at the Aztec, we have been on a roll with new projects.
Now, don’t think we are letting the fame get to our heads. In fact, we want to take a moment to thank our clients for their business, support, and trust throughout the years.
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve got to put our lighters up for the people and businesses that make our journey so meaningful:
-
The American Advertising Federation-San Antonio – You are the John Lennon to our Beatles industry
-
The team at Backyard Studios – so much inspiration and support comes from these groupies – we mean, team. All of the work, laughter, and passion that goes into each job or client makes it feel like we’ve just made it into the hall of fame.
Thanks for another great year, San Antonio!
Rock on,
Backyard Studios
